  • In this one hour long appointment, we will dive deep into your health history, symptoms, goals, and concerns. You will receive a thorough orthopedic and neurologic examination. You will leave with all of your questions and concerns answered, along with a clear plan on how to move forward.

  • This 30-minute appointment includes a personalized chiropractic adjustment tailored to your needs. The adjustment helps relieve joint restriction, reduce discomfort, and support your body’s natural ability to move and function better.

Foundational Care Plan

For patients that come in with an active issue, we offer what we call a Foundational Care Plan. This gives us structure and consistency while we work through the problem together, and then we reassess. Not every patients needs or will be offered this care plan.

Included in this care plan:

  • Unlimited visits for the duration of the care plan (yes, even if you need to come everyday)

  • Direct access to the doctor 24/7

  • Priority Scheduling

  • Duration of 3 months

  • Visits may include a combination of chiropractic adjustment, flexion distraction therapy, mechanical soft tissue therapy, kinesiology taping, manual soft tissue techniques, Insight CLA nerve scanning, and individualized corrective or rehabilitative exercises, as clinically indicated.

  • One time fee of $1,200

Wellness Care Plan

For patients that have completed the initial care phase and want to maintain mobility, manage stress, and prevent recurrence. Once we’ve addressed the active issue, most patients do not need the same frequency of care. The Wellness Care Plan is designed to help you maintain progress and catch small issues early — without over treating.

Included in this care plan:

  • Up to 3 visits a month

  • Re-exam fees included in monthly membership fee

  • Additional visits are 25% off

  • Month to month, no long term contracts

  • $120/month

Family Membership Package

For those busy families that want to keep everybody on track. We offer a family package that can be shared among the whole family.

Included in this care plan:

  • Up to 6 visits a month

  • Visits can be shared among immediate family members

  • Re-exam fees included in monthly membership fee

  • Additional visits are 25% off

  • Month to month, no long term contracts

  • $204/month (15% off)
